MIRS Innovate is a pioneering Unmanned Aircraft Training Organisation (UATO) approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Our trainers have over 6 years of professional experience in unmanned aircraft operations.

We provide comprehensive training programmes that equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate unmanned aircraft safely and competently in Singapore's airspace.

Regulatory Notice

With effect from 1 February 2021, users who operate their UA under the following conditions are required to obtain a UA Pilot Licence (UAPL):

  • For commercial purpose, or for a purpose that is neither recreational nor educational, regardless of the UA weight
  • For either recreational or educational purposes and with a UA of total weight exceeding 7kg
